Report an Incident or Institution

It’s no secret that even with political changes in the United States and the hard work of organizations like FAIR, discrimination, misguided race-based and gender-based policies, and other unfair practices continue to proliferate.

We want to make sure that every corner of America remains Fair For All, and we need you to keep us alerted when you encounter policies and practices that are problems.

Use the form below to submit an incident or a report.

What kind of things should you report?

  • Policies that discriminate based on race or ethnicity, regardless of which race or ethnicity is being discriminated for or against
  • Occurrences of discrimination based on race or ethnicity that are documented (We will need evidence to follow up for you)
  • Attempts to indoctrinate students or staff of an organization with viewpoints that can still be reasonably contested when it comes to the role of race, ethnicity, and gender in society.
  • Policies or practices that limit or chill expression, especially of ideas deemed “controversial”

IMPORTANT: Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and FAIR or any attorney in FAIR’s network. FAIR is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any response, follow-up or other communication from FAIR is informational only and does not constitute legal counsel.

If you believe your legal rights have been violated, time limits (statutes of limitations) may apply to your situation. You should consult a licensed attorney promptly to understand and protect your rights. FAIR’s review of your submission does not toll or extend any applicable legal deadlines.

Fair For All is committed to user confidentiality. We will not display a user’s email addresses or other contact information on any submission. Additionally, we will not release any user’s email address or other contact information unless compelled to do so by a lawful subpoena or court order.

We will do our best to respond to your submission, but we do prioritize submissions based on relevance to our mission, actionability, quality of submission, egregiousness of violation, and other factors.  If you don’t hear back from us, it may just be because we don’t think we can do much with what you’ve submitted.

Submission of a report does not obligate FAIR to take any action, initiate or support litigation, or provide any specific form of legal or other assistance.
