Our mission requires us to inform others of the importance of constructive disagreement and understanding diverse perspectives. We create resources and toolkits for use by our grassroots chapter network, and we platform a diversity of voices across our media, including digital print, podcasts, and video series.

FAIR takes seriously its mission to defend individual civil rights and liberties for all. With our network of attorneys, we actively advocate on behalf of those whose rights have been violated by employers, schools, or others. Using our FAIR Transparency platform, individuals can anonymously submit reports of intolerance and civil rights violations to our legal team. Our advocacy includes legal letters, offers for constructive dialogue, and legal action when appropriate.
