Rick Esenberg, President and General Counsel of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty spoke at our first public event September 7, 2022 at the beautiful Myrick Park Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. His topic was “The Trouble with ‘Equity.’ The Case Against Identity.” The evening started with Chapter Leader Kevin Connelly talking about FAIR and its programs. Rick talked about the major legal cases W.I.L.L. has been involved in representing individuals whose civil rights are being violated by government race-based programs implemented in the name of ‘equity’. He took many questions from an engaged audience.
