10/3 Online Event – Navigating the Controversy: Understanding the ADL’s No Place for Hate Curriculum
Brown University’s decision to establish a teacher training program based on skin color and ancestry prompted FAIR Legal to send a letter to the university cautioning them against establishing programs that could be in violation of the Civil Rights Act. As an organization committed to pro-human anti-racism, FAIR supports efforts to achieve greater fairness and assist those in need of financial assistance in higher education. Unfortunately, Brown’s approach to further diversity and inclusion violates Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
Upon receipt of FAIR’s letter, the University decided to redesign the program so that applicants of any race, color, and national origin are eligible.
Your tax-deductible donation will be used to support FAIR’s legal advocacy efforts.
