Los Angeles Chapter

The Los Angeles Chapter of the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR) launched in June of 2021. FAIR is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing civil rights and liberties for all Americans, and promoting a common culture based on fairness, understanding and humanity.

If you are located in the greater Los Angeles area, sign up to become a member. We plan regular events for LA members including meet-ups, webinars on topics of interest to our members, and book club discussions. We have also started forming LA-area sub-groups organized by school or by your profession. We also have a community online forum; we do outreach, advocacy, and educational campaigns; and we sponsor webinars on topics of interest to our members.

Watch for Upcoming Chapter Meetings

Focus Groups

In December, FAIR LA Focus on Education met for the first time. We would like to create similar focus groups for medicine and mental health, law, military and first responders, gender and sexuality, and whatever helps connect and activate our diverse membership. If you are available and interested in helping steer such a group, please reach out to our chapter leaders.
