The Chicago Chapter of the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR) launched in May of 2021. FAIR is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing civil rights and liberties for all Americans, and promoting a common culture based on fairness, understanding and humanity.

Martin Kokoszka grew up in Meriden, Connecticut where he was all-state honorable mention in basketball and scored close to 1,200 career points at Maloney High School. Martin went on to play collegiate basketball at Eastern Connecticut State University where he received a bachelors degree in physical education. Martin has taught for 15 years as a physical education teacher and as a coach in both Connecticut and the city of Chicago. Martin is currently a physical education department head and coaches multiple sports at Disney II Magnet High School. Martin is a husband and father of three children and the FAIR Co-Chapter lead of the city of Chicago with his wife Takyrica. He looks forward to leading the state of Illinois in a positive Pro-Human approach based in fairness, understanding, and in a common humanity.
