Tim Urban is an American author and blogger based in New York City. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a major in Government before going on to pursue a multifaceted career. Urban is the co-founder of Arborbridge, an SAT/ACT test prep company.
Urban is also the co-founder of Wait But Why, a blogging website with approximately 600,000 subscribers dedicated to producing thought-provoking material and illustrations on a wide range of topics. Urban’s 2016 TED Talk “Inside the mind of a master procrastinator” is the third most viewed TED Talk ever. Tim’s book What’s Our Problem?, an exploration of political polarization, will be published May of 2023.
